RECEPTION LOCATIONS AND CHARGES
- Tented Event
For large parties, April through October, our tented courtyard is an ideal picturesque setting for an outdoor wedding reception or special event. The price of this four hour event includes: basic round tables and chairs for 150 people, buffet tables and bar tables, basic perimeter lights, basic glassware, dishes and flatware, votive candles, set up and clean up. Linens and napkins are separate and based on individual choice. Additional seating, dance floor and stage, dishware upgrades and novelty rental items are available for an additional charge. Receptions that go beyond the four hour event contract are subject to an additional charge.

Rental of the facility you have chosen for additional hours beyond the four hour contract is available at the following rates:
$500.00 per hour for the Tent
$400.00 per hour for the Pavilion
- Ceremony Fees
There are several locations throughout the property that provide an ideal backdrop for an intimate wedding ceremony. The basic ceremony fee includes: 100 chairs, an arch, runner, columns, set up and break down.

- Private Dining Rooms/Reception Rooms
For small dinner parties, receptions, conferences and work sessions, private dining rooms are available at varying rates. We are equipped to provide wireless internet, large projection screen, and other audio/visual requirements.
