In conjunction with Valhalla Stables, we offer a variety of horseback riding options for your enjoyment and relaxation.
Chose a trail ride from your room, a ride in the national forest, a historic tour of one of the local battlefields, or, just an hour lesson in the paddock...your choice.
Horses are available for beginners, advanced riders, couples, or groups. Cost vary depending on options.
Helmets, long pants, and shoes with a heel are recommended. As with any sport, there is an assumed risk involved with horseback riding.
Feeling adventurous?
You can also try traditional foxhunting while staying in the heart of hunt country.
Design your own ride, length, time of day, refreshments, or even a meal.

2 hr Trail Ride - $125.00 per person
(Add a picnic lunch for $35.00 per person)
1 Hr Lesson in the paddock - $100.00 per person
2 hr Sunset Champagne Picnic Trail Ride - $185.00 per person
Fox Hunting in the Hunt Country - $200.00 per person for the horse and introduction, plus, Cap fee for each hunt, which varies between $50 & $100 depending on the hunt.
